Taylor Long Properties recently announced the following lease transactions in Henrico County: Augusta J. Hite – leased 3,779 SF at 7605 W. Broad Street (Robert Marshall represented the landlord); SYSO, LLC d/b/a My Favorite Muffin All Day Bakery Café – leased 1,655 SF at 10174 W. Broad Street (Ellen Long and Rebecca von Meister represented the landlord); Bell Greek North, LLC – leased 2,229 SF at 7011 Three Chopt Road (Ellen Long represented the tenant).

Commonwealth Commercial Partners, LLC recently announced the following lease transactions in Henrico County: All-Star Orthodontics, PLC – leased 2,680 SF at 2100 Roux Street (Tucker Dowdy represented the tenant); Richmond EMG & Physiatry Associates – leased 823 SF at 5700 Old Richmond Avenue (Tucker Dowdy and Michael Good represented the landlord); 40 Wellness LLC d/b/a Hand & Stone – leased 590 SF at 5300 Hickory Park Circle (Eric Hammond and Michael Good represented the landlord).

Old Washington Highway, LLC recently purchased 32,000 SF on 5.32 acres at 10441 Washington Highway in Henrico County from G&G Motorcycles, Inc. for $2,900,000. Ben Bruni and David Williams of Commonwealth Commercial Partners represented the seller.

Six HCA Virginia Health System hospitals, including Henrico Doctors’ Hospital, have been recognized for a total of 41 achievements in women’s care by Healthgrades, an online resource for information about physicians and hospitals. For the second straight year, HDH earned the Healthgrades Obstetrics and Gynecology Excellence Award; was recognized for superior performance in obstetrics and gynecology; and was judged among the top 105 of hospitals evaluated for obstetrics and gynecology. For the fourth straight year, the hospital also received the Healthgrades Labor and Delivery Excellence Award; was recognized for superior performance in labor and delivery; and was rated among the top 10% of hospitals evaluated for labor and delivery for 4 Years in a Row (2018-2021). It also was named a five-star recipient for vaginal delivery (for the fifth straight year) and a five-star recipient for C-section delivery (for the sixth straight year).

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer will provide leasing and commercial property management services for Short Pump Station, located at 11301 West Broad Street in Henrico County, the company announced recently.

Short Pump Station is a 91,369-square-foot regional shopping center located in the Short Pump retail trade area and is surrounded by more than five million square feet of retail. The center is 91% occupied and is anchored by national tenants Trader Joe’s, Petco and Ulta, with additional tenants including Five Below, Mattress Warehouse, The Vitamin Shoppe, New Balance, and Longhorn Steakhouse. In addition, Chop’t is planning for a fall opening at the center. There is currently up to 8,400-square-feet of space available for lease.
