Lewiston Rotary
LEWISTON — Children are invited to bring their bicycles to the former Lewiston Shopko parking lot on Saturday, September 18th to participate in the 2021 Lewiston Rotary Bike Rodeo.
Eric Justis, an avid cyclist and committee chair, states, “The objective of this event is for young riders to enjoy cycling in a safe environment and learn some bike handling skills. Along with encouraging active, healthy lifestyles, our goal is for participants to have fun. A highlight of the Bike Rodeo includes free bike helmets – courtesy of Follet’s Mountain Sports and St Joseph Regional Medical Center.
Justis states, “This event represents a true partnership among the community and a dedication by local businesses within our community.” Follett’s Mountain Sports will be doing bike checks and minor tuning.
