San Francisco (AP) — Security guards, janitor, and other California orthodontic personnel who may be exposed to the coronavirus must be vaccinated.
A public health order issued Thursday requires that those who provide medical services to prisoners, prisoners or detainees be fully vaccinated by October 14.
This order also applies to people who are not involved in providing medical care, but who may be exposed to the medical environment, such as prison officers, janitor, and managers.
California previously ordered all health care workers to be vaccinated unless they qualify for religious or medical exemption.
