Tulare County correctional deputy arrested for making threats on Ring camera, authorities say

Early Saturday morning, Tulare County lawmaker at the Cutler Orosi substation responded to the turmoil and later arrested Roman Garcia for criminal and witness threats.

Garcia is an adjutant for orthodontics and has been in the department since 2007.

Lawmakers also learned that there was a domestic dispute involving Garcia a few days before Garcia allegedly threatened someone through a ring camera.

Prison records show that Garcia has rescued him.

The sheriff’s office says he was on leave while he was waiting for the investigation.
